Security Deposit Requirements

Returning to Tenant – 14 days of the lease end date. The Landlord must provide an itemized list of deductions if any funds were deducted.

Grace Period -No grace period.
Late Rent Fees – The fee for late rent must be “reasonable” in Vermont.
